The syllabuses we use up to GCSE are London Examination Board (EDEXCEL) combined science, and separate physics. The hyperlinks will give you the pdf version of the syllabus. The part you need is called the 'specification'. About half of the pupils in the Lower Sixth will have covered the separate physics syllabus; the remainder have covered the combined science syllabus, which contains rather less physics.
For AS level, (taken at the end of the Lower Sixth year) and for A2 level (taken at the end of the Upper Sixth year) the link to the EDEXCEL specification (syllabus) is here.
